Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with All About Me Publishing. Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized just for your child, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Personalized Items (Final Sale) All personalized, made-to-order items — including custom embroidered aprons, personalized storybooks, tote bags, chef hats, and similar products — are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Each item is crafted specifically for you, which means we are unable to resell or reuse it.

We will, however, make it right if:

  • The item arrives with a manufacturing defect
  • We made an error on our end (wrong name, wrong design, etc.)

In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@allaboutmepublishing.net or 517-861-7434 with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no cost to you.

Please double-check all personalization details (names, spellings, designs) before submitting your order. We produce items exactly as ordered and cannot offer replacements for customer input errors.

Non-Personalized Items (Hair Bows) Hair bows and other non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at info@allaboutmepublishing.net.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.
